Located in Espoo, the University of Tampere spinout has said the project will be a pre-commercial pilot, focused on building the ecosystem, testing value chains and refining the production process, which uses biogenic CO2 and green hydrogen as a feedstock. The industrial gas giant announced Howard Ungerleider was elected as a company director and will serve as a member of the Audit and Finance Committee, effective 1 September 2025. Ungerleider previously held the CFO role at Dow Inc., at its predecessor DowDuPont, between 2014 and 2023. He also serves on the boards of American Airlines and IT firm Kyndryl.
