The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has dismissed its case against former Nikola boss Trevor Milton, after he was pardoned by President Donald Trump.

In 2021, the SEC accused Milton of fraud by lying to investors about Nikola’s electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles, technology, production capabilities, and business progress.
