The QHM FCEV features an FCmove™-XD 120 kW fuel cell newly developed by Ballard, integrated eGen Power® 130D E-axle from Allison Transmission, and 54kg hydrogen tank fully integrated in the chassis. It can travel up to 700km depending on loads and topography.

The application of the ISO directive for tractor-trailer combinations ensures interchangeability of semitrailers and tractor units at national and international level, and hydrogen consumption is monitored through a Q-Energy management system. Deliveries are scheduled from the second quarter of 2023.

Two QHM FCEV models, 60-2000 and 44-2000, have even larger tank capacities of up to 116kg, which are fully integrated in the chassic and positioned behind the cab, and provide ranges of up to 1500 km with a single filling. The QHM FCEV 27-1000 will be also be available as a road train version for long-distance heavy load transports.

The Quatron QHM BEV is available as a 44-400 tractor unit and 27-400 chassis in a number of variants.

Offering up to 392 kWh, the high-voltage battery can be recharged to provide a performance of 350 kW DC, providing an operating range of up to 350 km depending on weight and topography.

Electrification takes place without changing the power take-off technology in the area of ‘engine-dependent power take-off’ or ‘gearbox-dependent power take-off’. The position and installation space of the power take-offs and frame mountings remain the same.

Other zero-emission highlights include the QLI FCEV, a light truck also equipped with a Ballard Power hydrogen fuel cell drive, and Cizaris 12 EV, an all-electric bus with a range of up to 370km.

On the VanSelect partner stand, the all-electric QLI BEV transporter of 3.5 to 7.2 tonnes is on display and suitable for intra-urban tasks in towns and municipalities.

As a 3.5 t lightweight variant, it is designed to accommodate payloads of up to 1,000 kg (depending on the body). Classified as an N1 vehicle, it can already be driven with a Class B driving license and does not require any additional certificates.
