Hydrogen has significant promise in the maritime industry and could be one of the crucial fuels to enable zero-emission vessels to transport around the globe.

Poseidon Marine H2’s main aim is to facilitate the implementation of renewable hydrogen among shipping companies across the globe.

To achieve this acceleration of hydrogen technologies, a supply chain will be developed by the company, Poseidon Marine H2 will rapidly capitalise on the growing demand for green hydrogen-powered ships.

According to the company, its directors are already speaking with major boat manufacturers they have relationships with to form offtake agreements, while they also have plans to target public contracts with defence forces, policing bodies and ferry operators across the world.

To accelerate this process, the directors are expected to leverage their experience of winning international tenders for both large-scale government and private projects over a variety of engineering sectors.
