Fifteen Democratic lawmakers from Washington and Oregon have demanded the US Department of Energy (DOE) reverse its termination of funding for the Pacific Northwest Hydrogen Hub (PNWH2), calling the decision “unacceptable” and “unlawful.”

In a letter to Energy Secretary Chris Wright, the Representatives and Senators warned the move jeopardised US manufacturing jobs and private investment.
