It comes after the company announced in September (2022) that Dr. Graham Cooley would step aside from the position to assume a senior strategic role within ITM after being in post for 13 years.

Schulz moves to ITM from Linde Engineering where he had been Managing Director since 2020, having worked at the German-based company for 14 years across a variety of functions, including project execution, head of strategy, and Chief Financial Officer.

H2 View understands Schulz has been closely involved in ITM’s strategy relationship with Linde and has already established strong relationships with ITM’s team in Sheffield.

The two companies in 2019 launched the joint venture ITM Linde Electrolysis which set out to combine ITM Power’s modular PEM electrolyser technology with Linde’s engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) expertise to deliver solutions to customers.
