US hydrogen refuelling firm has acquired over 100 fuel trucks, parts, software, and IP from the bankrupt zero-emission truck maker Nikola.

The Texan firm said the acquisition included 113 Tre hydrogen fuel cell trucks, which will be deployed primarily in California, where it is developing its first hydrogen refuelling stations.
