The Danish company shipped the electrolysers to renewable energy integrators that want to harness green hydrogen for seasonal electricity and maritime use.

Green Hydrogen Systems will support the electrolysers with on-site maintenance and remote monitoring and support as part of multi-year service agreements.

SØren Rydbirk, CCO at Green Hydrogen Systems, said, “We look forward to continuing our partnerships and service support for the coming years.”

The company will continue to deliver on its remaining order backlog throughout 2023, after it delayed orders last year due to design implications around its hydrogen-based HyProvide A-Series platform.

Three electrolyser orders totalling 2.25MW for various end-use applications were received in 2022, which are set to be delivered in 2023.

In 2021, Green Hydrogen Systems was selected to be a part of a green hydrogen production project in Germany, through the signing of a supply agreement for the delivery of electrolyser units.

The order included three GHS HyProvide A90 electrolysers with a combined capacity of ~1.3MW for green hydrogen production, powered by onsite wind turbines.

Rydbirk added, “Close customer partnerships are critical in providing us with operational knowledge of integrating electrolysers in commercial use.

“This fully supports our vision to pioneer the field of green hydrogen and drive a sustainable global energy transition.”
