By using green hydrogen as fuel, the power plant will provide firm power to the grid in the Philippines to reach the growing demand for renewable energy and reduce the country’s reliance on coal fired power generation.

As a result of supporting this project, Gen X Energy and ACE Enexor’s joint venture will thus hold a 50% interest in project developer Batangas Clean Energy.

The project will be strategically located in the Batangas Bay Area of the Philippines
