
The design will feature two of the UK electrolyser maker’s Neptune V 5MW containerised systems.
H2 View understands once the plant is developed the customer intends to deploy the system across several UK projects.
The individual Neptune unit was launched in May 2024 at a price of £4.35m, as ITM aimed to support projects up to 60MW.

As multiple large-scale green hydrogen projects stall, the company sees potential for smaller-scale systems in the near term.
ITM CEO, Dennis Schulz, said the 10MW configuration would allow the unnamed customer to “deploy projects rapidly across the UK.”
“This agreement with yet another large-scale European energy company further cements Neptune V as the clear leader in its class,” he stressed.
