The new products range from 10kVA to 1,750kVA and will enter production in 2024, available for order from mid-2023.
EODev aim to avoid the emission of 30 million tonnes of CO2 over the next 10 years, now initiating the second phase of its product development by expanding its range to offer high power solutions.
Stephane Jardin, EODev’s Chief Commercial Officer, stated, “The replacement of diesel gensets by zero emission solutions is possible and this new range will allow us to respond to many requests.”
On land, the new high power GEH2® modules come in three complementary models: a 350kVA 20’ container version and two 1,050kVA 40’ container versions – an air cooled system of 1050kVA and a water cooled one of 1750kVA, which EODev has said was developed for settings such as airports, hospitals, power plants, events, and construction sites.
The generator range is completed by a 20ft container 280kWA version specifically designed for EV charging, and a modular 10kVA “mini” GEH2®.
At sea, the second generation of the REXH2® paves the way for the development of three more powerful modules. These range from 280kW (10ft container) to 1,400kW (40ft container) with a 560kW 20ft container in between.
Designed to operate in parallel, the new REXH2® is hoped to meet the demands of large vessels, such as cargo ships.
EODev’s current range of hydrogen generators have seen a variety of deployments. In July (2022) the company revealed its GEH2 electro-hydrogen generator powered a lighting system on a Netflix series set in France in May 2021.
