
Chinese state-owned oil and gas firm Sinopec has awarded tenders to three domestic electrolyser makers to supply technology for its planned 240MW green hydrogen project in Inner Mongolia.
Longi, Sany, and Huadian Group will supply stacks to Zhongtian Hechuang Energy (ZHE) for its Uxin Banner Integrated Wind-Solar-Hydrogen Production Project, which aims to produce up to 30,000 tonnes of green hydrogen per year.
The project plans to supply existing coal-to-olefins and methanol production.
