In his role, Selahi is set to focus on leading the safe and sustainable operations of the business through developing and implementing efficient processes for the delivery of the company’s Membrane-Free Electrolyser (MFE) to market.
Hobson picks up his position from Clive Brook who has retired from the role and as a director of the company.
In August (2022), CPH2 revealed it had signed its first license agreement with Alternus and Soleirtricity joint venture, GHFG, for the construction of 2GW of its MFEs over a 20 year period.

H2 View understands, the company is also currently in the process of identifying a new Chief Technical Officer to join CPH2 early in 2023, further strengthening its management team.
Commenting on the appointments, Jon Duffy, CEO of CPH2, said, “We are delighted to announce the promotion of Arash to his role as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer and to welcome James in his role as Chief Financial Officer.
“Both roles will aid in further strengthening the senior management of the company and will enhance our structure as we upscale the business to deliver on our existing order book and the increasingly strong indication of interest in our products that we are seeing.
