
Brazil’s mines and energy minister has announced a decree establishing a legal framework and tax credits for low-carbon hydrogen will be signed next week during COP30.
Alexandre Silveira said the decree will regulate Brazil’s National Hydrogen Program (PNH2), Low-Carbon Hydrogen Development Program (PHBC), and the Special Incentive Regime for Low-Carbon Hydrogen Production (Rehidro).
