Market slowdown puts pressure on electrolyser firms, but ‘complete solutions are key’: H2 View webinar

Electrolyser manufacturers are expected to remain unprofitable and face bankruptcy risks through 2030, largely due to their product-only business model, a H2 View webinar has heard.

Deepak Bawa, CEO at US-based electrolyser and engineering company Splitwaters, told viewers that electrolyser suppliers could provide complete solutions to a client, rather than just the electrolyser product.
