Ceres Power has confirmed to H2 View that its 1MW solid oxide electrolyser (SOEC) module demonstrator at Shell’s R&D site in India is set to be switched on “any week now.”

Caroline Hargrove, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at UK-based Ceres, stated that the electrolyser module is “there and ready to go,” with the company now awaiting Shell’s completion of the balance of plant.
