Repsol has put a pause on its three planned green hydrogen projects in Spain, amounting to 350MW of capacity, citing an unfavourable regulatory environment.

The Spanish oil and gas firm confirmed to H2 View that is has halted its €200m ($217m) plant in Cartagena (100MW), as well as projects in Tarragona (150MW) and the Basque country (100MW).
