The fuel cells will form the heart of the surveillance towers dubbed Video Guard with these often utilised in places away from the conventional power grid such as festivals, agricultural areas and also construction sites.

With the EFOY Pro 2800 fuel cells being supplied to ISG, the fuel cells have a maximum output of 125 watts (W) and a maximum charging capacity of 250 ampere hours (Ah) per day, it provides end devices with a last-lasting supply of green electricity.

Dr. Peter Podesser, CEO of SFC Energy, said, “We have had a close partnership with the International Security Group for years. The repeated order and the size of the order underline the high level of customer trust and our ability to impress with quality and reliability.

“In particular, we are pleased that the demand from industrial users for environmentally friendly power generators is increasing and that the paradigm shift towards a more sustainable energy landscape is gaining momentum.

“We want to and will shape this with our products.”

Jörn Windler, Managing Director of the International Security Group, said, “EFOY fuel cells are the perfect solution for our Video Guard camera towers. They increase the flexibility of the application and thus that of our customers.

“Thanks to the fuel cell, the use of the surveillance system can be planned independently of access to the power grid and saves additional time and money.”
